Here at Threads we are happy to exchange or refund any unopened goods returned to us within seven days. All you have to do is send us an email at returns@threadsbeauty.com. Please include your name, order reference number and reason for return. Also, please let us know if you want to exchange the item.

You will get a returns reference number that will be used in all future correspondence. You will then have to return the goods and we will then deal with your return as quickly as possible and send out your new item (if appropriate) immediately.

As is standard practice for cosmetic products, any product that has been tampered with or opened may not be returned or exchanged and will be considred used.

Please do not return any items that have been opened unless there is an issue with the product.
